Conditional Logic Form

A conditional logic form changes its behavior based on the visitor's answers — showing different questions, skipping irrelevant steps, disqualifying bad fits, or routing to different outcomes depending on what was answered.

Static forms show everyone the same fields; conditional forms react. The logic runs on each answer as it's given: a "commercial property" answer pulls up business questions, a renter branches to a polite exit, an urgent timeline unlocks a fast-track booking path.

In lead generation, conditional logic is the mechanism behind qualification and routing — it's how a single funnel disqualifies bad fits, asks each segment only what's relevant to them, and delivers different endings (booking, thank-you, referral) to different respondents.

In practice

One home-services funnel serves three audiences with one link: homeowners with urgent jobs branch to the booking calendar, homeowners with long timelines to a quote-request ending, and renters to a courteous exit — each seeing only the questions relevant to their path.

Maximize the value of every lead.

Score every answer, qualify in real time, and route high-value leads where they convert — so every dollar of ad spend works harder.
