What fair use means
Unlimited means unlimited for real campaigns. We don't meter your leads, throttle your Flos at month-end, or email you an upgrade demand because a campaign took off. Every plan is built for sustained paid-traffic volume.
Fair use exists only to prevent abuse — bot traffic, spam submissions, or reselling a single account across unrelated businesses. If something ever looks off, we talk to you first. No surprise bills, ever.
Pricing questions
Does ConviFlo charge per lead?
No. No ConviFlo plan has per-lead, per-response, or per-submission fees. Every plan includes unlimited leads; plans differ by active Flos and features.
What happens if a campaign spikes?
Nothing. Collect ten leads or ten thousand in a month — your bill is identical. Volume spikes are exactly what the flat pricing is for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, plan changes are self-serve and take effect immediately, prorated. No contracts, cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
You can sign up and build your first Flo free — no credit card required. You pay when you're ready to publish to live traffic.
What counts as an 'active Flo'?
A Flo that's published and collecting live traffic. Drafts and paused Flos don't count against your plan's limit.
